The Role:

As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our brand's online presence, with the primary goal of increasing brand awareness and driving in-store traffic. This position is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who can work independently, taking initiative to lead our digital marketing efforts while occasionally collaborating with our staff for content support.

Core Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and attract customers to our store.

- Manage content creation for all our digital platforms, including website updates, social media posts (Meta Business Suite, etc.), and email marketing campaigns.

- Utilize SEO best practices to improve our website's visibility and ranking.

- Design engaging graphics, social media videos, and product photography that reflect our brand's aesthetic and values.

- Design & Submit material for print magazine & newspaper ads

- Plan & direct in-store photoshoots

- Plan & co-host events

- Analyze digital marketing analytics to inform strategies and report on campaign performance.

- Collaborate with store associates for content creation, utilizing their expertise for educational content and hand models for product showcases.

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools, continuously seeking innovative ways to engage our audience.

- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog posts, social media platforms, and email newsletters

- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies

Qualifications

- 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in content creation and brand promotion.

- Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing

- Eye for graphic design and proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite & Canva

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Instagram.

- Strong creative skills with an eye for design and storytelling.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.

- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a congenial, drama-free work environment, aligning with our company culture and values

Starting pay rate determined by initial qualifications.
